About OEC

Mission Statement

The Oakland Equity Collective works to support new and existing cannabis businesses in launching and building successful brands, with a specific focus on Social Equity operators in the City of Oakland. The Collective offers technical support, manufacturing, and co-packaging to both General and Social Equity
operators to ensure compliance, support profitability, and empower successful cannabis business ownership.

The Management Team

The Operations Management Team is comprised of Adolf Ward and Andrea Unsworth who work to ensure the building operates in compliance with all local and state ordinances. The team manages all aspects of the property, oversees all cannabis business operations, manage staffing, and facilitates all transfers and purchases through a centralized purchasing and inventory platform.
The team is also responsible for all Distribution-related functions such as coordinating with Test Labs, as well as the retail functions per our Microbusiness license.
